Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
Where are the earrings made?
All the earrings are handmade by me in Brisbane, QLD Australia. I get the acrylic laser cut locally and source my materials from other small Aussie businesses.
Are your products suitable for people with sensitive ears?
Yes, they are! I have sensitive ears myself so I only use the highest quality Hypoallergenic Surgical Steel posts and backings.
How much is postage?
A flat rate of $9 Regular or $13 Express Australia wide and $15 Standard International to New Zealand. Australian locals also qualify for free regular shipping for orders over $80 and free express shipping for orders over $110.
When will my order get posted?
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once posted.
I live in Brisbane. Can I pickup my order?
Yes, of course! I'm located in Albany Creek. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and you MUST leave a note at checkout with collection date + time (Any time is fine as I'll leave them in my doorstep) I'll email you the address and confirmation that they'll be ready then.
If you live out of state and use this code as free shipping, I'll message you with directions on how to pay for shipping. No refunds will be given.
When is your next market?
I only do a market a month so be sure to visit If you can! Check out my market page where I'll update with my bookings.
I placed an order, can I add something in without paying postage again?
You'll need to place another order and use code COMBINE at checkout. You MUST leave a note at checkout to combine with previous order.
I selected local pickup, but I need my order posted. How can I pay for postage?
Just search 'postage' on the website - you'll find Regular Post and Express Post listings that you can add to cart and checkout as normal.
I want to buy some earrings for a friend, can you write a note to her from me?
Sure! All orders come with a hand written note so just leave a note in the checkout comments with what you'd like written.
I've noticed some of your products are sold out. How often do you restock?
We generally restock every month. However, if something is out of stock that you want, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will endeavour to get it for you as soon as we can.
Do you have any discount codes?
No, these don't exist. I think my prices are fair based on the amount of work involved in handcrafting each earring and all the extra costs of running a small business.
Do you do custom designs?
Unfortunately no. A lot of time goes into designing individual earrings and I keep my prices competitive by ordering in bulk from my laser cutter. If you'd like a custom colour in one of my existing designs this is usually easy. Feel free to drop me a message with what you'd love to see and I can add it to my 'design wish list'.
Do you wholesale?
